Embutidos Gilar, S.L. was founded in 1960 as a family business in the upper area of the Altiplano region. Its location at an altitude of 600 metres and the pure air flowing from the Sierra del Carche and Santa Ana mountains make this enclave a privileged and ideal place for the preparation of artisan cured meats. This process is carried out while preserving the cultural tradition of the region and also respecting the original recipes and ingredients of its founder, Mr. Blas Gilar Baños.
