The philosophy behind our work is to produce great organic wines made from the Monastrell variety, grown under strict dry-farming conditions, always with minimal intervention, in a sustainable way and accessible to all types of consumers. The harvest is carried out by hand in order to preserve the highest quality of each grape. We follow traditional methods while showing the utmost respect for our land, as we believe this is the only way to achieve unique, high-quality wines. We work to ensure that our wines truly reflect the expression of our land.
