Descripción
Casa founded in 1955 and run today by the second generation, is located in the heart of the central Abastos market of Jumilla.
Our cuisine, succulent and slow-cooked, offers a wide variety of homemade stews such as the house fabada, pork ear in sauce with Monastrell wine, stewed chickpeas with ham and chorizo, and Ministro trotters, among other dishes that no lover of spoon food can miss.
Our hallmarks, tradition and respect for the product, allow us to offer with great success and acceptance typical Jumilla dishes such as stuffing balls with turkey broth, fried suckling goat with garlic or the famous Jumilla gazpachos of rabbit, chicken and quail with mountain snails, a dish that represented Jumilla’s gastronomy at the Universal Exposition of Seville 92, Gold Medal at the Gastronomic Festival of Alicante.
All this paired with local wines and culminating with homemade desserts, make a visit to Casa Sebastián an unavoidable gastronomic experience on your visit to Jumilla.
